【1】每日三思（一思哪些做的好、二思哪些做的不好、三思今日收获及明日规划 & English ）：

今天参加队长面试，问的问题感觉还是没有回答好，PPT做的也少，其它人好像都做了好多，我的重要内容就3页，业绩就1页。不管能不能上，面试的事最算过去了，今后结果不论如何都是一个新的开始。现在的管理确实不好管理，都知道有很多工作要做，但工作效果总不是那么理想。一些看着简单、说着容易的事，做起来预定的方案不一定行的通，不一定能起到相应的效果。正如我最近编制的列车运行模拟图，这个想法应该是有两年的时间了吧，2年前我还不会phpspreadsheet，也不知道echart，后来通过研究时刻表排版系统认识了phpspreadsheet，再后来通过研究品高厂家的乘务管理系统的时刻表运行图，了解了他原来是用echart做的，有了这两个软件支撑，再加上疫情期间的休假，有空白的时间，才有了列车运行模拟图。一个想法的实现跨越了2年的时间，但就在探索模型建立的第一天，花费了连续14个小时，才完成基本一个环的模型探索，预想的是很简单，但在实际操作时，问题总是层出不穷，细枝末梢的问题都需要一一解决，不到那一点，就发现不了可能会出现这样或那样的问题，还要不断的去试错，最终找到解决问题的有效方法。而这些努力加上第二天、第三天的探索，才初步完成了5号线内环工作日的列车实时运行图，我估计这个项目还需要再花费40个小时，后续如果再优化提升，那时间就更无法估算了。一个小小的想法，2年多的时间，最终初步实现，2天半基本成型，这大概就是厚积薄发吧。这也大概有眼高手低的意思在里面。其实今天想记录的是队长的面试。

It is expected to be very simple, but in the actual operation, problems always emerge in endless, small branch problems need to be solved one by one, less than that point, can not be found may appear this or that kind of problem, But also to continue to trial and error, and finally find an effective way to solve the problem. With these efforts and the exploration on the second and third days, the real-time train operation diagram of the inner ring of Line 5 was preliminarily completed. I estimate that this project still needs another 40 hours, and if it is further optimized and improved, the time is even more impossible to estimate. A small idea, more than 2 years, the final preliminary realization, 2 days and a half basic shape, this is probably accumulated. This also probably has the meaning of high vision and low hand in it.
