人生总是面临各种各样的选择，有些是主动的，有些是被动的。人生总会遇到各种各样的困难，有些是可以解决的，有些是个人解决不了的。人生总会时不时感受到压力，有些是你成长的动力，有些是谁你退缩的拦路虎。

曾经遇到过选择，不知道如何选择。曾经遇到过困难，不知道如何克服。曾经遇到过压力，有扛过去的，也有让我身心疲惫退缩的。

曾经有过脾气，有过怨言，有过懒惰，有过不知天高地厚，有过偏见，有过一厢情愿，有过自私，有过挑肥捡瘦，有过舍远求近，有过不知人情事故。

总在舒适圈里，很难成长成材；不经历足够多的事，很难积累经验。曾经还是副队长的时候，总感觉良好，不想上行政班，后来上了技术岗，刚开始还干不好，等经历的足够多，现在也能胜任这个岗位，而且相比单纯的电客车专业，还能经历调度专业和工程车专业的业务；可时间长了又变成了舒适窝，又不想回去上白夜休休，不想熬夜了，可我现在最短的板就是队长们所具备的优点，队长们为人处事好、能说能做、执行力强、能抗事、能成事、能管理好那么多人。我想如何才能拥有队长们所具备的优点，弥补自身的缺陷，我想赶鸭子上架也是一种方法，只有在特定的角度思考问题、解决问题，才能快速积累经验而成长。

人与人之间的关系是变化着的，不是永恒不变的。一起共事，总要想方设法心往一处想，劲往一处使，求同存异，锁定共同目标，才会更快达到目标。

人总是要守规矩、知敬畏，守本心、做人事，光明正道才是能走的更长远的路。国有国法、家有家规，公司也有公司的章程，严以律己、抵制诱惑，是做人的根本。态度端正，勤奋好学，能抗事、能办事、执行力强，是做事的根本。

我做过司机，开过车，做过副队长，办理过出退勤，做过技术岗，编过交路表、排班规律、派班室发车计划、DCC收发车计划模版，编过制度，组织过技术比武，写过周总结、月度、季度、年度总结，开展过班组评比、科室目标管理考核，写过论文、编过程序、开展过创新项目，担任过兼职计量员、网络安全员、节能联络员、服务质量评价联络员，审过考勤、公里数。

我迷失过、迷惘过、困惑过、任性过、逆反过、放弃过、失去过，我想我也该反省一下，梳理一下自己的人生观、价值观、世界观，老大不小了，也该认真一回了。
